If you think an item is faulty, upon return we will examine the item to determine the case of failure. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 90 day warranty.
